HOW IT WORKS
At the entrance of a fair/event, visitors will be invited by the hostesses to fill their contact data on a laptop (name, telephone, e-mail, address). Form fields will be set according to the brief.
In a few seconds, a bracelet will be printed. The name of the participant and a QR code are printed on it.
Exhibitors will install the app on their mobile device (smartphone or tablet, IOS or Android). It is possible to use the same account on multiple devices, also.
Organizers will give exhibitors an unique code that will allow them to open the running event and start scanning the QR codes (according to GDPR regulations).
By using their phone to scan the QR code on the bracelet worn by the visitors, the exhibitors receive centralized data of the visitors' contact details (according to GDPR regulations).
This way we can wave goodbye to logistical issues such as insufficient supply of business cards, pens and workbooks for writing down clients' requests, the forming of queues.

BENEFITS
Visitors are no longer required to repeat their personal data to each exhibitor (from whom they would like to subsequently receive an offer by email, or in case they want to be contacted by phone).
Exhibitor can add notes for each prospect, such as custom requests, details of delivery etc.
Organizer can run an instant report with the visitors number
Exhibitors will receive centralized contact details of the visitors they interacted with.
